which is which

Happy Halloweeeeeeeeeeeen! I don't have time to do any halloween thing today! Awwww.. Right now I am finishing my third comic DETECTIVE JERMAIN vol1 and I just started writing a script for Archie comics. This time I don't draw for Archie. I am a writer. So I made new characters and introducing them to Archie universe. It will be very fun and new thing!!!!!
Since I am working on two projects at the same time, my desk has too many papers, computers and I don't know what to start--! It's pretty crazy but I love being very busy too. These kind of life gave me a lot of motivations!

my first photo of my first camera

FINALLY! my new camera arrived at my house--!!!!!!! yeah! My old camera was heavy, boxy, thick, has a small screen. You know it's like first digital camera during 90s! Now Kuririn is going to use this old one and I am going to use new one- heeheehee.

Me and Kuririn's shadow photo. It was a nice day--

By the way my manga classes were over. It was pretty fun and I'm glad that kids enjoyed it. But my hand has been very weird, so I wish I could had drawn more better.
I'm leaving to Europe this weekend! Until then I hope my hand feels better(;_;)

once a year

On Saturday night I had a dinner with my old friend--!! I used her as a model for Natalie in my second book, Rock and Roll love. We used to go to the same school in Missouri! Usually I see her once a year or once two years. Since we live far away from each other, it's hard to get together. I haven't seen other Missouri friends for a loooooooooong time!
When I hang out with her, I alwasy feel as if I saw her yesterday too. That's a good thing about old friends! There was no weird gap between us.
I hope I can see other Missouri friends someday soon-- They were my GOONIES(80s classic movie)
The movie and my muse, MICHAEL J FOX made me decide to move to America from Japan.

My theory

Have you ever had this experience? - Sometimes there is nothing to do but when you find some assignments, you have no time to be relaxed-! I am in the situation right now! This is my desk and I don't know which project I should start... This reminds me of my elementary school-summer homework nightmare. On August 31st, I was trying to finish a lot of summer homeworks while I was crying--..
And I hope my theory is wrong.

More photos from Naples

Thanks to my sweet pal Yeo-Joo, I add more photos from Naples! She took a lot of photos and mailed to me---
We went to a beach at our first night at Naples. We could see a beautiful sunset as I said before.
Also I don't know if you can see well, but I add one of photos from my speech. I made a room pretty dark, cause I needed to show a lot of photos and my art works.
It was such an amazing day!! I could meet a lot of creaters and made new friends!

I wanna go back to the beach -----------!!!

Manga Class this month

This month I am going to teach kids Manga drawing class at St. George library in Staten island and Teen Central on 53rd st. My first class was at St.George class on Tuesday. Many kids joined my class and it was very fun!! I realized that American teens know latest anime more than me! It was good study for me too. Some kids listen to popular Jpop! It was interesting to know that Japaense teens and American teens enjoy same kind of music. Hmm..

Today I am going to teach at Teen Central. I hope I can meet a lot of students there too.
